Mission

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of the company's accounting operations while supporting business growth through robust financial processes and insightful reporting.

As a key member of the Finance team, this role goes beyond traditional accounting. The Accounting Manager will work closely with international stakeholders, business leaders and external partners to provide reliable financial information that supports decision-making in a fast-growing, global and brand-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Control

• Oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Monitor balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong internal controls.

• Guarantee compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.

International Operations

• Coordinate accounting activities across multiple legal entities and international markets.

• Support the consolidation of financial information from different countries.

• Partner with external auditors, tax advisors and local accounting providers.

• Ensure consistency of accounting policies and procedures across the organization.

Business Partnership

• Collaborate with Finance and business teams to provide accurate financial data and support decision-making.

• Analyze accounting impacts of commercial, operational and strategic initiatives.

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes, profitability and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement & Digitalization

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance function.

• Support ERP enhancements and finance digitalization projects.

• Establish and monitor accounting KPIs and reporting standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop the accounting team.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Ensure knowledge sharing and best practices across the Finance department.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.

• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including team management responsibilities.

• Experience in multinational companies with international operations.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting and tax compliance.

• Experience managing audits and external financial relationships.

• Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (Business Central, SAP, Oracle or similar).

• Fluent English (C1 level or above).

• Spanish required.
